AntLab Returns Policy
We have a no quibble approach to returns, if you wish to return a product you can do so provided that it is new and in the unused condition as you received it. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. To initiate a return, please get in touch via email.
We accept the following secure payment methods:
– Credit/Debit Card payment, via Apple Pay also available
– PayPal, interest free credit also available via PayPal Credit
– Cryptocurrency payment, BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH & USDC currently supported
– Direct Bank Transfer, available to B2B customers
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you receipt of the return and the outcome of the inspection, if the returned product is not in the original new condition as listed in the returns policy, we reserve the right to reject a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
