The most notable change is how backordering works. If a product is not in stock, we can accept backorders meaning that your order will ship within 5-10 working days.
UK deliveries:
- 1 Dry goods are shipped Monday to Thursday, unless arranged otherwise, Livestock shipped Monday to Wednesday
- 2 In stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days
- 3 We use Royal Mail 1st Class for most deliveries within the UK, larger items are sent via courier
- 4 In order to cut down on paper use, all invoices are sent with your order confirmation email after being shipped
- 5 Custom orders have an extended processing time, this will be explained in detail at point of sale
- 6 Livestock orders have a live arrival guarantee within the UK only
- 7 Backordered products can take up to 10 working days to ship
International deliveries:
- 1 Dry goods are shipped on Monday, unless arranged otherwise
- 2 We use DPD, UPS and DHL for international deliveries
- 3 All international orders are shipped via a tracked and signed for service, so please ensure somebody will be available at the delivery address to sign for the goods
- 4 Custom orders have an extended processing time, this will be explained in details at point of sale
- 5 International deliveries may be subject to additional charges such as import duties and tax. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to borne any additional charges required. This also applies to shipments to Europe now that the UK is no longer part of the European Union
- 6 We DO NOT ship livestock outside the UK
- 7 Backordered products can take up to 10 working days to ship
